The 30 day pilot
When you commission your Custom CRM, setup begins with your first month paid (£300). The £2,500 setup fee is charged only at day 30, and only if you approve the system and continue after the pilot. If you walk away at day 30, you have paid £300 total and never pay the setup fee. The full price is agreed in writing before the pilot starts.
The 14 day standalone trial
Single AI systems come with a full fourteen day trial from deployment (AI Receptionist at £700 setup and £150 a month; No-Show Killer, Review Engine, or Win-Back Campaigns at £400 setup and from £97 a month). Your chosen system answers live enquiries, confirms attendances, requests Google reviews, or runs win-back campaigns so you can measure concrete results immediately.
The guarantee
If it doesn't earn its place in the 30 day pilot, you never pay the setup fee. If you feel the software has not generated sufficient value, filled enough diary slots, or saved your team meaningful hours during the trial, you can walk away with zero setup fee and zero further financial obligation.
